SHIPPING NOTICE

Please save your UPS return shipping tracking number in case there are any UPS delivery errors. Before mailing your kit, ensure the sample date on your Chain of Custody form is correct. Agenics will not reimburse any kits dropped off to UPS on Fridays or weekends, kits dropped off to UPS after 12PM, or kits that are invalidated because of incorrect sample date.

Chemistry Testing

Standard Check - R2A Method

  • Our chemistry test analyzes concentrations for copper, iodine, silver, sulfates, fluorine, chloride, general hardness, and pH and TDS.

  • Used for troubleshooting failing dental unit waterlines.

  • Can help determine the effectiveness of your treatment system.

  • Considered to be the “Gold Standard” testing method.

  • Results provided within 5-to-7 business days.

  • Includes photos of your sample growth.
